Beautiful panoramic views, calm and quiet atmosphere, clean rooms, friendly staff, excellent ebike rental, tasty food, good air-conditioning, staff found quick solutions when there were unavoidable issues, relaxing environment.

The restaurant menu could be rotated (if you are staying for more than 3 days the food is a bit rich), apart from that it is hard to find things not to lile about the stay.

Beautiful location and scenery, quiet and relaxing, staff polite and helpful. Pretty well kept facilities and accommodation, room well appointed. A lovely place to fall asleep and wake up.

Not perfect, which I would expect for the price, most importantly the bed was two pushed together, which separated during the night. The "lake" is oversold, don't go down there on a hot day.

The location, rooms and venue are truly beautiful. All staff were fantastic and couldn't do enough to ensure a pleasant stay. Food was also to a exceptional standard. I attended as a solo traveller and this was one of the most relaxing locations I have stayed. I am already looking at dates to return again.

Honestly, nothing. Everything was great. My only suggestion would be for a few more signs providing direction back to Vivood after walking to the reservoir. A few times, I questioned if I was on the right path back. Unfortunately, I have received quite a lot of mosquito bites from my stay. I had been spraying myself each day which was sufficient. On my last night, after visiting the pool, my room key would not work. It took some time for this to be resolved, and unfortunately, this was when I got quite severely bitten waiting outside my room.
