Zimmer war einfach toll, Ausstattung sehr gut. Gemeinschaftsbad und Küche fast neuwertig, super sauber !

Alles perfekt

L'hôte était facilement joignable et accueillant. La maison est charmante, la chambre confortable, il y avait même un balcon. Possibilité de cuisiner, emplacement réservé dans le frigo. Salle de bain partagée avec une autre chambre mais cela n'a pas été un problème pour moi. La salle de bain est également confortable. C'est un peu loin de la gare (20 minutes), et du centre, mais c'est très pratique si vous voulez du calme après votre visite en ville.

It is a good place, clean, cozy. It is definitely worth mentioning that there are multiple clean towels (even if we stayed for only one day). My wife remarked the micellar water in the bathroom, which is normally not present in other places. I would recommend the place!

I liked everything, including my balcony with a great, the real Italian view, calm, cozy. And the host took care of me like a good friend, it was priceless.

O Stefano é cordial e respeitoso no momento da recepção. O ambiente é limpo, tranquilo e super agradável. Super recomendo.

Struttura situata a mezz'ora dal centro, ben servita dai mezzi pubblici. Accogliente, ordinata e pulita. Colazione con caffè, succhi di frutta, plum cakes, biscotti, fette biscottate, burro e marmellata e latte. Piccola cucina utilizzabile e dotata di forno a microonde, toaster, frigo. Bagno in comune con un'altra camera ma c'è la possibilità di averlo ad uso esclusivo a seconda della prenotazione. Nel mio caso il check in è stato flessibile ed è stata accolta la mia richiesta di anticiparne l'orario. Host presente ma discreto. Consiglierei la struttura e tornerei volentieri.

Stefano was a extraordinary host he cleaned every day the common areas, also allowed us to storage our luggage after the check out before our flight, we always answered our concerns really fast.

The kitchen would be great if there is a knife, salt and olive oil, for the rest all was perfect.
