Joli appartement moderne, confortable et bien équipé. Propriétaire à l 'ecoute, réactifl, répond aux questions rapidement. Appartement propre, bien situé près du centre

Seul bémol, pas de place de parking privative. On a un peu galéré pour trouver une place en fin de journée après nos visites.

"Appoggio perfetto a Livorno"

Siamo finiti in questo appartamento un po’ per caso, a causa della cancellazione del traghetto per l’isola di Capraia, ma si è rivelato un ripiego davvero fortunato! L’host Francesco è stato gentilissimo e super disponibile, condividendo tutte le informazioni utili tramite WhatsApp, inclusi ottimi consigli su ristoranti, supermercati e gestione dei rifiuti. L'appartamento è perfetto: recentemente ristrutturato, pulitissimo e ben funzionante. Punto a favore il sistema di check-in automatizzato con Vikey, che ci ha permesso di gestire tutto in autonomia e senza stress. Un ottimo appoggio, comodissimo sotto ogni aspetto! Consigliatissimo.

"Lovely all and all"

Clean, host replies fast to the questions, even brought us to the airport when we had to leave because of an emergency. Thank you for that! Airconditioning works really well

Nothing that was related to the house or the host. Except for when you're Dutch, the beds might be on the small side.
