Propreté , isolation thermique exceptionnelle , intérieur neuf, confortable, équipement suffisant , aucune humudité . Rue tranquille proche du centre ville . Notre chien accepté après demande. Départ tardif possible. Wifi, canal+, gel douche...

Une terrasse partagée qui donne sur la rue. Un voisinage immédiat de toitures qui plombent la vue.
