Great location, very comfortable facilities, spacious, well stocked, and beautifully decorated. It’s very clean and has everything needed for a family stay.

It is a great location near downtown and Over-The-Rhine. It’s an area of mixed urban renewal with some remodeled housing and others in original condition. We enjoyed a quite stay for the most part, except for an evening with loud screaming and a fight which interrupted our sleep. Also, there was a smell of marihuana inside the unit, stronger at times.

Instructions for entering the building were clear and easy to follow.

Clean and close to activities We went to a college visit at UC, The Findlay street market, the Christmas lights at the Zoo, the Levee, the Aquarium, and several restaurants all within minutes of the condo. The set up of the condo itself was great the bedrooms on either side of the condo was set up so my daughter was able to go out and meet up with friends and not disturb me when she returned. We were able to meet in the common areas but able to have alone time as well The condo was great we would definitely stay again I will look to see if you have other sites when we plan on visiting other places!
