Appartamento molto bello, rinnovato e dotato di tutto (elettrodomestici, biancheria, stoviglie). Molto confortevole

Qualche difficoltà a trovare parcheggio. E i vicini, a mio parere, esageratamente intolleranti ai rumori.

"comfort di marca, ma poca cura"

la casa ha tutti i comfort, completa di ogni elettrodomestico, nuovo e funzionante, dal phon al microonde, al forno alla scopa elettrica, al piano a induzione. non è dotata di gas, perchè penso sia completamente elettrificata, ma il boiler dell'acqua calda funziona benissimo e velocemente e c'è l'impianto di aria condizionata inverter, quindi aria calda o aria fresca a disposizione. l'appartamento è al 4 piano quindi gode di una bella visuale ed è facile trovare parcheggio per la macchina perchè zona residenziale con parcheggi gratuiti e anche colonnine per auto elettriche.

scarsa pulizia degli ambienti, abbiamo trovato parecchia polvere per terra agli angoli del soggiorno/cucina. sul piano della cucina c'era un bollitore con 3 cm di calcare bianco incrostato e un tostapane sporco e mezzo arrugginito. il divano letto decisamente da cambiare o foderare perchè molto consumato, così come la seduta delle sedie in tessuto, sporco , scolorito e consumato, stesso dicasi per i cuscini del divano, con evidenti macchie di cioccolato (spero). il bagno, come avevo letto nelle rece precedenti, ha il copri water rotto ed è ancora rotto, questo è inaccettabile, si tratta solo di stringere i bulloni che lo fermano al sanitario. in più non è fornito di prodotti per la cura personale come shampoo, bagnoschiuma, sapone mani.

la casa è ristrutturata e pulita. In zona dei un supermentcato aperto sempre. ideale x un soggiorno di un weekend.

non c'è la macchinetta del caffè e in zona la domenica i bar sono chiusi.

La struttura era accogliente,pulita e ben arredata La pecca però e’ stata nn trovare neanche una bottiglietta d’acqua e due cialde per poter fare un caffè al mattino
