Looks great in the pictures and the staging, furniture and kitchen look great but it wasn't until we were there that there were many issues from 64 degree temps in the living space to shower that did not function properly. Iron was there but no ironing board. Had a setto with mgmt - he said hundreds of others didn't complain and he would refund money and I could go somewhere else, that it wasn't a hotel and that I had expectations of hotel...really having an ironing board if there is an iron? Having a shower that functioned properly (pieces were on floor of the shower). I fixed the handheld so it worked for me and we jury rigged so husband could use the rain showerhead. They came to fix the shower and next day we realized that they made the rain showerhead work and then I had to use the broken piece to get the handheld to work for me. Bedroom was almost too warm and couldn't sit in rest of apt. as temp was 64-66 degrees although thermostat set at 74 - all 4 days. Bathroom in the 64-66 degree area next to front door and space heater worked intermittently. We would have moved but family events were back to back and we had no time to search new place and move.

The square handle on the shower kept falling off. The screw that held it on was wissing

It was conveniently located

It was not communicated to me that the circuit breaker for the living room lights was tripped, I had to call to find this out. As a result, I could not invite a colleague over to collaborate about the conference I was attending. Otherwise the apartment was neat, clean and comfortable.

Location was close to the train station. Fast response from management.

Water drains slow in kitchen and bathroom, walls were paper thin so you can hear everyone in the adjoining apartments.
