Wax Suite By the sea

Amazing beach location. Exactly as the pictures showed. Huge apartment with everything you might need. Our flight was late in the evening on our check out day. The owner let us stay as long as we wanted because no one was booked in the next day.

Cosy, spacious apartment located right on the beach. Beds comfy, kitchen well equipped. Terrace is shared with a bar, however part of it is separated so there is privacy.

There was a problem with hot water in the shower. It was just warm and not for really long.

Nothing ,when I arrived they could not find the key they spent 50 minutes looking rang the manager. They then tried to say the booking was cancelled did I not get the email. Rubbish as I had the booking.con email and payment had been taken. ( I’m English but speak Portugues so the owner was trying it on) the room had not beeen cleaned . If this was a younger person who dies not travel on business they would have been happy presenting booking did not confirm. I work with the Algarve tourism department and other tourism entities so will flag to them as well. To say it was not booked because they could not find a key says a lot about their ethics.

Amazing apartment, just placed on a sandy beach. It's 5 minutes far by car from Faro's airport, 15 minutes from Faro's downtown, 1 hour from Lagos, and 2 hours from Lisboa: this is just perfect to visit Algarve and Portugal! The accommodation was well-equipped, really quiet during the night, and with a gorgeous terrace with ocean view. Moreover, the attached restaurant (Wax restobar) was exceptional, with really tasteful menu at a reasonable price, and with an absolutely friendly staff. I truly suggest this apartment and I hope to be back soon!

We've liked everything.

We've just returned from a weekend stay and we have had the best time! The apartment is well equipped and right on the beach! The owner of the apartment and his staff at the wax bar are exceptional so polite and made us feel so welcomed. We are already discussing our next trip to come back.

The girl who received us when picking up the key was very friendly and so helpful. The place was spacious and had everything you might need and more. There are two terraces; a larger one back with a view to the sea and a smaller one in the front that also has water views. ( The larger terrace is shared with the restaurant) Great best location... the beach, restaurants, and gift shops are literally downstairs. What a beautiful place.
