The accommodation is bad and overpriced at its best. What I experienced however, was its worst. To keep it short, the room had not been cleaned from the previous visitor and among other things there were no spare bedsheets or towels I could use. As though this was not enough, the owner had left a phone number, to which they never responded. They also never responded to the online messages I was sending desperately. Not even days later have I received an apology, or anything. In this whole process Booking.com was equally horrendous. After multiple phone calls they claimed that since the owner had "honoured my reservation" they couldn't do anything.

Near to the train station and centre. Having the outside space was great. Apartment was clean and comfortable.

Location to Enschede town Centre.

Dining table location, difficult to close curtains and open window.

Air conditioning and TV, good location

Periodic absence of hot water

The apt was in a great location, it was clean and the veranda was perfect. There is a Supermarket behind the apt so it takes you 3 mins to walk there and the pizza place as well as the other place who do grill (syrian i think it is) are both delcious and can be found infront and side of the apt.

Wifi needs to be upgraded, there were times it was poor
