Apartman Loro 1

Everything was great. Host gives promt reply to any question. Clear pick up key instructions. Appartment was on the 14'th floor, so you can enjoy panoramic view of a city. Kitchen were well equipted, had everything we need. Beds are comfortable. Looks exactly as in photos. Appartment situated 25 min walk from the old town, 15min from the beach. Area looks safe, so you can have long walks in the evening.

The only disturbing thing were ants in the kitchen.

Se other comments. It should be treated against BED-LICE. We could not live there because of the parasites and the bedrooms are very warm. We left the appartment to another without refund.

Parasites , bed lice that bite us under the night. Very hot in the bedrooms , the AC in the livingsroom does not help.

Very modern and stylish, recently designed/decorated interior. Very good facilities, modern shower, well-equipped kitchen, comfortable lounge. Fantastic view from the balcony across to the sea and Zadar harbour. Parking was easily available in the parking area around the building.

No complaints here. It was about 15-20 mins walk to old town. Sometimes nicer to grab a taxi rather than walk. The apartment block is an older building (and quite an old lift!), with other old high-rise blocks in same area, but it felt like a community neighbourhood, very friendly people coming in & out, and houses nearby that are well maintained, with their gardens being looked after. Coupled with the very modern interior of the apartment this felt pleasant overall.

the building and facilities itself is rather old, which you wouldn’t expect from the pictures. the beddings are not the standard hotel beddings, which makes it less comfortable. would be great to be informed that hot water needed to be boiled before using.
