"Ejecutivo basico"

Es un hotel ejecutivo básico, pese a ser 4 persona solo dejaron 2 toallas de cuerpo y encontramos en bóxer sucio en la parte alta del clóset. El colchón estaba muy rígido

"Dreadful sleep due to noise - never again and ruined our trip to Merida."

Adequate.

Location - miles from the town. Very noisy - people shouting, talking, singing any time of the night. Loud car parks on either side of the rooms. Requested quiet rooms and given the worst noisy rooms. Inconsiderate staffing.
