Hotel & Suites Yuca Ville Siglo XXI

New place, really helpful and kind staff, easy to access to the city center and the highway to reach many places around Mérida.

The kitchen should be better equipped, as many basic things are still missing

The staff were so nice. They ordered our taxi for early in the morning and it arrived on time. The room was incredibly clean.

The beds were so uncomfortable and hard. The sheets were really thin and scratchy.

One bedroom suite with kitchenette. Clean, fairly new, air and ceiling fans in both rooms. Nice sitting areas near pool. Staff always present but respected privacy. Good location (North Merida) to see surrounding sights: Cenotes, Beach, Mayan Museum, shopping,restaurants. Relaxing. Small pool but clean and not busy.

Staff were friendly. Room was ok.

Poor signage out front.... Lack of drinking water in room for coffee/tea. Advertized as free shuttle from hotel. Not offered. Price kept going up with conversation. From 350 to 550..
