Breakfast was good, restaurant staff was attentive. Rooms of a sufficient size and quiet.

Front desk staff without a single smile, acting bureaucratic and apparently paper-based only. Registration process had to be repeated when staying a second night just five days after the first night. An agreement made via eMail was not documented, i had to remind of.
