Everything room was excellent & the garden was fantastic

Great location for our needs, historic building restored thoughtfully, friendly and helpful staff

We did not know how to deal with the heater in the room but able to figure out eventually. Would be good to have some written instructions.

Exceptional staff, everyone was kind and friendly. Great breakfast options and a beautiful garden to relax in as well. Location is also perfect for access to shops and a 5 minute walk to the Newport bus station providing bus service to the whole island.

The people were polite, and the cleaning was exceptional. It was a self-contained unit and they did not offer Kleenex or washcloths.

The property was located in a very busy part of town. There was a motorcycle and hot rod show, which is very noisy into the night. Also, the island was very crowded and we didn’t get a chance to do many of the things we wanted to do. Our self contained unit was a couple blocks from the main so we did not feel connected with the gardens and the other activities of the facility. Also, they have risers in between their door jams, and I jammed my toe.

The staff brought me everything I asked for, and it was all served beautifully. Due to my small appetite I couldn’t make good use of the cooked breakfast, but it looked very good. The location was perfect - near the town centre and bus station, but a quiet street. My room and huge bathroom were very welcome.

Reception wasn’t open in the evenings, though that was made clear in the advertising. However, it did seem strange to come in at the end of the day and find no members of staff around.
