The kettle was dirty so we couldn’t have tea. We were there for 4 days and we never had anyone coming to clean the house.

GBReally good location, close to V&A Waterfront. Approx 10 minute walk and felt very safe. Lounge with balcony and main bedroom had canal views but is near main road so some traffic noise.
The security is very strict which is good but we didn't have a car but had a friend come to pick us up several times but he wasn't allowed to go into the carpark to help collect our luggage. Also there isn't anywhere to leave luggage and as check out is 10am it is inconvenient if your flight/onward arrangements are later in the day. The complex seems to be geared up for holiday lets so maybe this is something that the various owners/management could consider.
