Super room especially kitchen area. Large Balcony front and rear so sun or shade as required and great views both ways. Spotlessly clean,towels and bedding changed regularly. Good, central position. Exceptionally friendly and helpful owner.

Small and simple studio very close to central square and bus stop in Livadhia . The kitchenette was reasonably well equipped with an oven, hob and fridge with a decent freezer. The studio is set back from the sea but there was a small balcony with sea view. It was pretty quiet - although Livadhia is not a noisy resort. The cleaning of the studio was excellent we had regular clean towels and sheets and bins were also regularly emptied.

It is not clear from the photographs that there is an adjacent building very close to the balcony. We got used to this and we could improve the view by moving the table but it was a surprise when we first arrived.
