Resort piuttosto vasto, con grandi spazi interni ed esterni; camera meravigliosa con ampia terrazza vista mare. Personale sempre gentile e premuroso. Pulizia buona. Ristorazione molto varia e di discreta qualità, sia a colazione che ai pasti. Ottimi i cocktail, non troppo alcoolici. Piscina e spiaggia ben tenute, ottimi i pontili per immergersi proprio sopra la barriera corallina. Negozi interni molto cari, ma subito fuori del Resort c'è ne sono moltissimi, estremamente più economici.

Wifi molto fiacco ovunque e quindi poco utilizzabile: meglio acquistare una SIM locale Niente bidet e il water si intasa facilmente

Large Resort hotel, nice clean rooms, had a variety of restaurants to choose from, great swimming pool, with good bar service around it. Staff were all lovely & helpful, special thanks to our server Abdur Rahman in the buffet restaurant & Bahaa & Hanyan in the Silk Road restaurant who took really good care of us. The hotel is really welcoming for family groups.

The rooms, especially the bathroom were a little dated & could do with a refresh.

Хочу отметить несколько достоинств: +питание в данном отеле всегда был достаточно большой выбор блюд и они были действительно вкусные + море и пляж очень хороший пантон (их два) и корраловый риф

hotel with a huge and majestic territory right in front of the coral reef. Panorama super.

The hotel has untapped potential. A disco or nightclub absolutely needs to be built because the evenings are extremely boring with embarrassing live music. The bedside tables need to be cleaned thoroughly. The food is extremely monotonous. Walnuts and almonds should be served for breakfast and too many other useless products should be removed. Soft-boiled eggs should be cooked for a maximum of 8 minutes or they turn black on the inside and lose all their properties. During aperitifs, chips and peanuts should be served, not just popcorn. The tables need to be cleaned more thoroughly. The loungers need to be cleaned more thoroughly. The Wi-Fi on the beach doesn't work, and that is unacceptable in a 5-star hotel!!!!!!!!
