Good location

Entrance to hotel was bad room was dirty bedsheets bed cover was torn and dirty. There was no hot water hygiene shower not working. Door lock was not proper we paid for 5 nights but check out after two nights because very uncomfortable stay. There was no cleaner to clear. Breakfast was included in our booking we offer one small cup of tea and one dosa. They did not give refund for balance 3 nights

Had to wait for 2+ hours to get a room post reaching at 4pm? Pathetic rooms, no proper water supply in the bathroom, had to ask for toiletries couple of times, AC was not ON, NO complimentary breakfast..

Everything… too bad to suggest it to anyone

Worst experience, receptionist behaviour was very arrogant, room size was very small, no cupboard for clothes and no facilities of hot water and Tea and coffee, One soap they gave for 3 of us😄no water bottle nothing. Only one thing good location

I have been using booking.com for quite sometime. Usually I dont put any bad reviews but had to share the terrible experience to benefit other people from booking in such horrible places where they cancel the reservation via message last minute and being a female you are stranded at midnight. I had made a reservation which was canceled by the hotel at night 10pm. On calling the property authorities ,they said there was no advance payment done for the same so they canceled which is not a requirement according to the booking.com. Its not always possible to check messages while traveling but luckily i checked the message so i got to know the cancellation otherwise otherwise i would endup having no where to go. Donot put false advertisement and cheat people in such ways. The app doesnt ask for advance payment. Many scams are happening around us its not safe to transfer money after the booking via call or a message. ,if advance payment is required ask for the same before booking. Stop cheating people in pretext of false claims.

The staff was very helpful & polite. It is very close to the temple. Had a good time. valuable stay at affordable price. food was nice and interior was also good

Rooms were full of cockroches, mosquitos & untidy furnishing.
