Everything was bad ac is not working room are very dirty

Location was near the temple, area was also good for shopping. Hotel stay was also good. Staff were helpful and very cooperative. Would love to visit the again.

Nothing

Every thing was worst. I had to wait more than 30 mnts to get the key as no one was avialable at reception. Not even drinking water provided leave aside other facilities. I lost trust in booking.com for offering such pathetic hotel that too at a high cost in comparison with other hotel. Not worth even for Rs. 100/-. I had to leave the hotel after 4 hours inspite of paying for 24 hours.

Hotel is in the prime area and near to temple and some shopping areas, eatables are also newrby. Hatel staff and hotel was good. Would like to visit again.

Temple side very near location, other wise not suitable for family's stay this hotel . Budget friendly hotel only .check in timings also bad 8.00am check in is good ,train ,bus ,flight reached shirdi early morning only . I think direct hotel booking is good no more extra charges

Staff were extremely rude. At one point of time we thought of informing local municipal authorities. After all it's service industry. Noisy place, mosquitoes, bathroom drainage blockage, a.c. not working, tv not working, no one picks up the phone. What else we can write.I had to literally carry coffee on my own for my wife as staff was not ready for any room service.
