Comfy, nice, clean, very well taken care of. Location is good because you have plenty of cafes, food cafeterias, restaurants, etc just below. Can get your SIM card there too if you need it. 2 marts just beside the building. So basically it’s convenient.

I book 2 room but given at 2 separate level (maybe full) Unable to go from another floor to another floor. Have to fetch from level 1.

"Poor service, poor coordination and poor information"

I suppose to check-in 12:00 but was moved everywhere with my backpack until 5pm before I can check in without a door key, only number pad, bad experience, poor service, I have to call the owner at more than 6x, tv has no program so stay without tv program, call technician, all the way from Batam Centre and do nothing, will never trust and touch booking.com again
