We were late about 10 minutes because a local strike at the busses and the trains. We sent them an email and called them to inform them about it. They said that there is nothing that they can do. We went the next morning to take the keys and they already have given them to other people. They told us that they cancelled our 3 days reservation but they cannot give us back the money. Absolute robbery of 300€

Zero communication, zero hospitality. Avoid this place at all costs! They are absolutely unhelpful and refuse to make any compromises. I informed the property about our late arrival (22:20) well in advance, but they completely ignored my messages. Only at the very last moment did they respond that check-in after 20:00 was strictly impossible. They refused to provide any options for self-check-in and then just canceled our fully paid reservation. Booking this place means a huge risk of being left stranded on the street at night. It’s no surprise they have terrible ratings on other platforms. Avoid this place at all costs!

Pulito, comodo, climatizzato e in centro

Mi è stata cancellata la prenotazione per aver fatto dieci minuti di ritardo , la struttura non rispondeva al telefono e tanto meno alle mail dove avvisavo del mio arrivo

Läget är väldigt bra! Även om det är mycket trafik utanför fönstret.

Det fanns ingen devicer för air condition. Hårtorken funkade inte. Väldigt ont om krokar och galgar. Sängen och kuddarna var hårda.

Se non effettui il check in entro le 20:00 sei fuori dalla stanza.
