Everything. The place was dirty, there was roaches everywhere. The owner doesn't seem bothered by anything. We were welcomed by a letter of demand for the rates and taxes as well as a pile of dirt by the door. I had to sweep the floors before relaxing. The windows to the house were mostly broken or not operational. The bath tub is cracked and chipped. The shower doors are also broken & the shower head was leaking and broken too. The apartment altogether is a sham. Nothing in the pictures was still intact. The security staff is rude, if it wasn't for the non-refundable fee, I would have left the venue immediately. This place is a scam...very horrible.

Bed was comfortable and facilities were clean.

Given different location that what was advertised. We stayed at Vista Villas. I didn’t feel safe in area and there was a fight outside our apartment on first night. No soap even provided so had to wash with face soap we had with. Shower handle was faulty so couldn’t use shower. It was a freezing cold winter and no extra blankets provided so we were very cold. It said there was heating at place we booked for but there wasn’t at this place. Was highly disappointed and felt we paid too much for what we got.

Location was good, although we were moved to a different place as the owner said the place rented have water / sanitation pipe issues. It was also mentioned that the new premises were an upgrade on the place we rented.

The owner mentioned that the new premises were an upgrade on the place we rented. On arrival we saw that the sofa was smaller than the place we rented, so if could not be used for my son to sleep on. Thus, my wife and daughter had to share a be and my son and I had to share. This is not why we paid R1150. We were 4 people yet the place only had 1 water glass, 2 coffee mugs, (one Bath robe to use between 4 people), WIFI didn't work.

Breakfast was not provided

We never got to the property, cause of water shedding in the area , so we were placed at a lodge 💔which we didn’t like either

There was no tv or any entertainment except for internet (Wi-Fi) in the lodge we were placed at. It doesn’t have any back up generators or jojo tanks for load shedding and water shedding.
