Locație spațioasă, terasa îngrijită și mare. Pat și perne confortabile, multa liniște. Proprietarul foarte săritor, dornic sa ne ajute cu tot ce aveam nevoie. A răspuns prompt la toate solicitările noastre ba chiar ne-a recomandat unde am putea manca in zona la sosire și ne-a facilitat un late check-out.

Locația este destul de departe de obiectivele turistice și cel mai rău a fost că taxi-urile ajungeau foarte greu acolo sau daca ajungeau prețul acestora varia foarte mult(aici nu are vina proprietarul). Inițial când am rezervat, cred că am fost eu indusă în eroare că locația părea indexată mai aproape de ce ne interesa pe noi( centrul de conferințe- venisem special pentru un congres )dar în realitate este la 3 km de mers pe jos de acolo(nu ar fi fost asta neapărat o problema dar nu există trotuar pe unde sa mergi și era destul de anevoios drumul). Taxi-urile nu ne luau mereu, fiind relativ aproape sau daca ne luau ne percepeau un tarif mult prea mare, de parcă mergeam în centrul orașului. Confuzia cu locația a fost făcută și de taxi-ul pe care l-am rezervat tot prin booking (care ne-a preluat de la aeroport și avea destinația din aplicație) și dumnealui ii arată mai aproape de centrul de conferințe. Un domn de la securitatea complexului ne-a explicat că s-au reconfigurat sau ceva... Gazda ne-a trimis locația în ziua check-in-ului dar nu mă așteptam să fie diferente de indexare sau realmente nu știu ce a fost. Per total, datorita acestui aspect, in fiecare zi pentru a participa la centrul de interes a trebuit să plătesc între 100-200dhm/zi, de drumul până în oraș nici nu mai are sens sa zic că asta luasem in calcul știind că locația este in afara orașului.

Het appartement en het park zijn heel mooi, soort "Little Oberoi" hotel gevoel. De badkamers zijn heel fijn en luxe. Fijn dat er een kleding wasmachine is. Het appartement kan gezelliger. Bedlampjes missen, waardoor de kamer of helemaal verlicht is of helemaal donker. In de keuken gaan de kookplaten meteen op maximaal of uit en er mist bijvoorbeeld een snijplank, dat is heel onhandig koken. Een informatie boekje zou handig zijn, met een plattegrond van het park, beschrijving waar de supermarkt is, hoe je een taxi kan regelen, want het ligt ver uit het centrum. De tuin is geweldig! Maar de katten zijn overal en slapen ook op de terras banken en stoelen, waardoor we binnen bleven met de schuifdeur dicht in verband met katten allergie en de intense kattenpis geur, heel jammer. De 2 zwembaden zijn heel mooi helder, schoon en groot, heerlijk gezwommen! Alleen de matjes op de ligstoelen zijn heel smerig, ook jammer.

Kattenpis stank, de kattenharen overal, de vieze zwembad matjes en de Wi-Fi was niet stabiel en wat langzaam.

Un séjour agréable, Olivier était très attentif à tout avec un très bon service

Olivier, our host was very responsive and great communication on WhatsApp on any questions we had or help required. Spacious apartment for a family of 3 or 4. The pools were great although we would recommend the pool that is slightly further away (6mins walk) for children as it is less deep so they can stand and there is a cafe to serve snacks and drinks. Good quality equipment in the kitchen for cooking family meals and the air conditioning system was very responsive and quiet. The Carrefour supermarket was close and well stocked for fresh groceries and drinks.

Not many restaurants or cafes in area so we would definitely recommend hiring a car unless you plan to stay within the resort for the whole time there. There was a family of cats which stays on the terrace and uses the outdoor furniture as beds. This prevented us from using the outdoor dining tables for dinner all the time without having cats constantly asking for food and surrounding us. This was fine as we like cats but could be annoying if you do not like having them around.
