On The Sea Suite&Spa

Great location , great place ,excellent breakfast ,nice staff

It's position is wonderful and the house is well presented. Good quality ,throughout, and roomy. Very suitable for a couple but while it has a second bedroom this bedroom has no on-suite and the only access within the house is via a spiral staircase via main bedroom. However there is an outside toilet adjacent to this room It is clear that this property is owned by a company and so there is no one responsible that can be easily be located in tbe area One the last day a lady arrived just as we were leaving atc11am who came to clean.

There are a number.of maintenance issues currently. Electric shutters on one window downstairs did not work, and a bathroom plug was loose. We were there for four nights and during that time, the house was not serviced. There are no pool towels, and so bathroom towels had to be used. The pool is actually a large jacuzzi but has no steps to get in. There is a large parasol but it was broken and unusable

Perfect place on the sea. Heaven on earth !!! Very clean , everything new . You can't ask for more . I am traveling a lot it's my first time giving 10/10 .

- So the villa is nice! it's definitely closer to the high end and if I'm in the area likely I'll chose it again. All appliences are new, all works. Especially outstanding is ventelation in the bathroom, if I build my house I'll make it very similar :) it's strong and is able to dry everything quickly and all farts have no any chance! - It's right on the sea shore, so from the roof you can see the sea, you can listen to it in the night, and in general you are almost on the beach being at home - Starlink & solar water heater. Starlink gives good internet in that area - Almost no people around! After London I really relaxed - A good restaurant 7 minutes drive, which worked at 10 p.m. ... in the area (see above in regard to the number of people). it's name is APAGGIO. It has vegeterian options - hot spring nearby! (10 minutes walk)

- Check-in experience, make sure you got the password to the lockbox before the arrival, I had to interrogate neighbors to find out how to connect to the host (it was a little bit late already), and the neighbours don't speak english, though were friendly. So it was a quest - You will get the best experience if there are 2 of you. If there are 3 or more people they have place to sleep but ... there is no soundproof between ground and first floor at all, the table in the kitchen has only 2 chairs and in general the size is for two people (you do have another table further). The bathroom has two showers inside and two sinks, again optimized for 2 people. You do have a toilet at the roof, so if a matter is urgent you can use it, but that at the bathroom on the ground floor is more secluded and comfortable - There is no hingers to put your clothes if you are in the bathroom. Some sort weird, otherwise it's very comfortable

It's a wonderful place. The morning sunset is to die for. The house is very well done and stylish. The marina is right in front of the lower decking, allowing for an easy morning swim. My boys were fishing in the marina, catching lunch, and the locals are vere friendly and welcoming. We would definitely try to book again.

It's my first 10 on Booking.com in 14 years of using it. The villa is very clean, the location is very quiet (a small village) and the host answered promptly to every message.

The left side of the small beach in front of the villa could be cleaner, but it's not host's fault.
