Villa Eidos b&b

Nice view of the Vesuvius.

This place is an event place which is not displayed in the offer. We booked it for the view and the pools, however on our arrival they told us that everything is closed due to a „private event“. This was obviously very upsetting since it was also not communicated before. I asked the owner several times if it’s going to be loud (we saw they they prepared for a lot of people) but he insisted that we won’t hear anything. Obviously there was loud music and people sneaking around after midnight - also almost entering our room since it didn’t have a room number but just a „private“ sign (suspicious enough). Not to mention that they arranged a firework there for all the guests. So in a nutshell - we were deliberately lied to, the customer service was horrendous and the pictures way nicer than the place is. Just a really good photographer who took the pics. The pool is tiny in comparison to the photos on booking. Last highlight of our stay - there were pizza crumbs on the bed sheet!!! Most disappointing place on our whole Italy trip.

Ambiente accogliente con vista mozzafiato sul Vesuvio, bellissima la terrazza con la piscina e stanza piccola ma molto pulita e tenuta bene.

The location is beautiful, you have a nice panorama view and the property itself was really nice! The staff is lovely too and does their best to help with anything you might need.

Be aware that this hotel is also an event venue, and that the rooms are above the event space! We came here for one night because we wanted to get away from the noise of the city and other reviews described the place as quiet. Unfortunately, they had an event going on and until 1 am there was loud music, people talking and fireworks. The rest of the place is lovely, but if you want to sleep, make sure there are no events during your stay.

La camera non era grandissima ma accogliente e pulita. La struttura in sé è curata. La piscina è un ottimo servizio offerto per il relax . Letto comodo...il che non è scontato. La posizione non è così centrale ma ne vale la pena. Consigliato
