Friendly staff - once you find it in the shopping center. Huge appartment with all amenities you can wish for.
We had some troubles finding the place, but that was our own fault: We made the reservation shortly in advance and didn't check the hotel's website before booking, so no, this is not a negative point....

Os quartos sao muito espaçosos, acomodam bem familias. A equipe foi atenciosa em antecipar o horario do cafe devido ao passeio de barco.
A localização…. Apesar de ser perto do centrinho, o elevador do hotel estava quebrado, e nao fomos avisadas previamente, e tinhamos um acesso dificultado para sair com malas após o fechamento do mercado. Tambem nao havia secadores de cabelo nos banheiros. O cafe eh ok.
