I liked the location, as was a short stroll to the beach. The roof terrace for sunbathing.

Even though the property was spacious, we felt the property was too dark as the shutters couldn’t be opened easily, if at all. It can be very noisy with the traffic and when we had windows open the fumes would come in. There were no ceiling fans or air con, so this would fix the problem of not having to open the windows. I can imagine in the height of summer you would be melting. The bathroom had no window or ventilation The apartment floors were not clean, we had black feet, inside cupboards not cleaned out thoroughly. There was also a previous clients medication left there. If previous clients have paid the cleaning fee, this should be a priority.

The house became our home when we entered, our host met us and we were made very welcome. the location is excellent for the beach and restaurants, parking is on the street if required and the supermarket is very close, we walked and talked everywhere, met friendly locals and enjoyed excellent value for money while dining. Our host, Cristina text us to make sure everything was ok, which it was but what a nice personal touch. Thank you Cristina, you made us feel very welcome and at home, we will return.

Beware of scam : The place is not as described in booking! Skip it if you don't want to miss your vacation! Tenerife is a wonderful island with lots of rental offers - The staircase is on the outside, directly on the roof. No protection for children! It is very dangerous. The advertisement should say that the apartment is not suitable for children under 10 years old. - There is no direct sun light neither in the kitchen nor in the living room. The advertisement does not say so either. Also, you can't open the curtains in the bed rooms because it is directly on the street with a lot of noise….It is a bit strange to find yourself on vacation in a place where there is no view where there is no view and no noise from cars. Expect you want to wake up with car noise… - The “terrasa” is not suitable. It is not to receive people. It is also dangerous and overlooks garbage where the rats come from because there is a hole under a door that leads directly into a door that leads directly into 'the living room'. - I'm not going to go into the weird little gnats that stick to you in clouds (photo with plate), the bathroom door that doesn't close... and so on. - Unfortunately, the mouse didn't stop for the picture... I take the liberty of putting a photo of their excrement! We found it in our bedroom. I'm not putting a photo of one of the clothes with holes in it either, as they've certainly nibbled it... - After two nights there we had to live. We booked for one week..... Booking is now analyzing this litigious affair. I have nothing against the owners of this house but it's not right what they're proposing. This is the first time I've been in this kind of situation. I hope it will be the last... And I'm posting this message so that no one has the same bad experience as us.
