The size of the apartment

Since the funicular was in maintenance, it was more difficult to get to the city center

The apartment was well equipped and the bathroom was spacious. The host was very accommodating and gave us access to the apartment before it was scheduled. There were enough pots and pans to cook. It was very clean. Access to the city center by foot was rather convenient even though the apartment was on a hill. Uphill from the city was 30 minutes on foot and was a good experience. The parking spot is really an advantage.

The funicular was under temporary maintenance and that was a bit of an issue to come back from the city center. The table was small for 4 people. It may not be convenient to drive with a big car.

Nice apartment in a quiet neighborhood. Everything you need for 1-2 nights. Very clean, near the funicolare. 20min to the harbour. Parking space was a perfect add on. Mattheo was a perfect host, always available via What's App

Clean, neat, calm and with private parking

Parking spot is spacious, but if you have a low/sporty car pay attention to the bottom of your car

The property is in a beautiful neighborhood in Genova. It was just what I needed. In my stay the funiculare wasn’t working but the city put a little bus for free that stopped just at 200 mts from the apartment. The place is very comfortable and even that is like subterranean it has very good natural light. Matteo was super kind and helpful! Would absolutely come back to this apartment.

Just a recommendation: I would prefer if the windows had full frosted glass, because you can still see from the outside a little bit (there’s a towel that covers the window in the bathroom perfectly) but I think it will still be better that way.
