Alicia by halu! Central 2BD apartment

Lepo sređen stan,ima sve potrebno za udoban boravak. Čisto ,miran kraj a ipak blizu samog centra. Vlasnik i menadžer na usluzi stalno. Sve pohvale.

We didn't know what floor was the appartment on, so we called the staff and noone answered.

The location was good, and the apartment had a great layout with two bedrooms.

First, the self check-in instructions were very unclear. According to those instructions, we couldn’t access the Wi-Fi. The Wi-Fi network had a completely different name and password, which we ended up finding ourselves on the router. Christopher, who was responsible for this, did not assist us. Secondly, and most importantly, one of the bedrooms is extremely small and cramped, with no space to change clothes. The other bedroom has a mattress that is worn out and sagging — we basically slept on springs. The mattress definitely needs to be replaced. Additionally, the apartment was not freshly cleaned and there was quite a lot of dust.

The location is excellent, close to everything, the apartment is new, good kitchen, comfortable bedrooms, TV in every room, convenient and efficient check-in. We enjoyed it very much.

the matrass of the bed weren't so good but its, okay.

La conciergerie qui s’occupe de l’appartement est très pointilleuse. Il faut donner son numéro de passeport pour avoir les informations de check in et aucune flexibilité sur les horaires d’arrivée. À 15h, le logement n’était pas prêt et nous n’avons pas été prévenus à l’avance. Nous avons dû attendre 1h dans la rue avec tous nos bagages. La porte de l’immeuble ne s’ouvre pas avec les clés qui nous ont été données. À chaque fois nous avons dû sonner à tous les interphones pour que quelqu’un nous ouvre. Nous avons prévenu la conciergerie qui n’a même pas répondu. Le petit monsieur qui habite dans l’appartement à gauche de l’ascenseur a été très gentil de nous ouvrir à chaque fois, mais c’est sans doute parce que nous parlons grec. Il ne parle pas anglais. Une des chambres ne peut accueillir qu’une personne. Elle mesure moins de 6m2 et le lit est en 120cm. Le pire c’est qu’elle n’a pas de climatiseur. Nous avons acheté un ventilateur que nous avons donné au petit monsieur en partant. L’appartement est pour 3 adultes ou avec 1 enfant. Trop d’objets de déco dans cet appartement très encombré de mobilier Débit internet insuffisant. Manque de propreté dans la salle de bains Pas de bruit de voiture, mais vis à vis important car vue sur la cour à plusieurs bâtiments.
