Our stay was comfortable and convenient. We were moved into a neighboring apartment with an elevator and balcony. Everything we needed was available. The location was convenient. Binh was always available, offering help and advice, and even offering coffee. Thank you for such thoughtfulness.

Отличное расположение, Бен решает любые вопросы молниеносно, лучший пляж на острове.
Утром не было горячей воды, видимо нагрев от солнца

Блестящая чистота, вежливость, расположение, прохлада, кухня , номера новые . Самый лучший управляющий, готовый решить все ваши вопросы . Отличная кухня, со всем необходимым набором посуды . Чашечка прекрасного кофе, каждое утро. Тишина и прекрасное расположение в центре Гранд ворд, недалеко от башни. Рядом все , магазины, кафе, пляж. Всем очень рекомендую этот прекрасный отель . Очень не хотелось уезжать .

Binh unser Host war sehr zuvorkommend. Wir wurden in ein anderes Haus verlegt welches aber näher am Strand lag. Das Zimmer war schön und hatte alles.
Einziges Manko: Am ersten Abend kamen wir ins Zimmer zurück und wurden von mehreren Kakerlaken begrüßt. Der Host reagierte jedoch zügig und sie wurden erfolgreich mit Gift bekämpft.

The property was very clean and modern. The staff at the homestay were super helpful and responsive providing us with advice on how to get around the island! The bonus was also coffee provided at the property!!

Breakfast was not included, but the location is great—right in the Grand World area, close to VinWonders and Safari. Since we visited Phu Quoc during peak season, most hotels were fully booked, including this one. However, the manager of Vy Long Hotel was very proactive; they contacted me and arranged for us to stay at another nearby hotel. Although we didn't end up staying at Vy Long, I was very satisfied with the manager's service and the reasonable price of the alternative room.
The bathroom is quite small. The staircase is rather steep and narrow, making it a bit of a challenge to get to the room
