The owner was so courteous and welcoming! The room was clean and definitely value for money! Location was great as it is located in a quiet street. The coffee at this homestay is delicious. The owner even offered us a complimentary scooter ride around the grand world during check-out. Thank you so much!!

The reason I am not leaving a negative review is because he allowed me to change the dates and even offered an extra refund, but this is not what I was supposed to get when I booked this place.

The description said I would get a "whole apartment" with "private kitchen" and "washing machine", but what I actually got was a room. This is cheating people. That is why I left. I paid for an apartment with a kitchen and a washing machine because that is what his ad said. The ad also mentions breakfast, but I never saw any. Guests say they get free coffee every morning, but I got none of that either. Also, restaurants in this area cost up to 5 times more than prices in the center, and I could not find a supermarket in the whole area that sells you vegetables or rice or anything I can call real food. The local restaurants even have 4 menus with different prices depending on the language you speak, with English being the most expensive price, up to 70% more when compared to the Korean or Vietnamese price for the exact same dishes. I also did not see a laundromat to wash clothes in this area. Most restaurants and cafés are closed. The local shops mostly sell cookies. There is no reason to stay here except for the beach.

Binh was a super helpful and friendly host. Free coffee everyday too! He also booked a motorbike for me to rent aswell, i didnt have to lift a finger.

Quiet location, feels really safe and the most friendly owner you can imagine

Mattress was for me a little bit too hard :)

Kind and friendly owner who picked us up from the bus station, brought our heavy bags to the room and gave clear recommendation for all interesting activities at Grand World Homestay is new, clean room and 3 mins walking to Venice Phu Quoc (make sure you won’t miss Charm of Venice show)
