החדרים מצויינים עם הרבה שקעים וחלונות גדולים, המיטות נוחות מאוד ויש מבחר בין כריות רכות לקשות, רמת הניקיון יותר טובה מאצלי בבית, יש לובי אירוח בקומה התחתונה עם וירנדה וכיבוד קל וקפה באופן חופשי.

אין מעלית אבל זה פרט שולי כי יש רק 2 קומות
