IEKevin was a very good and attentive host. He communicated well and was responsive to issues brought up. Facilities were neat and clean. Shower over bath was nice and strong with hot water. Kitchen was clean and supplied with utensils. Quiet neighbourhood by the river and within walking distance of Thamesmead centre.
Some of the other guests did not follow the house rules which made the first night difficult, but Kevin dealt with the situation promptly to ensure my stay was comfortable from then on. I don't think there was a microwave oven. Single room was small but adequate for my needs, a chair or desk would have been nice but this room was too small for that.
