Our rental of Sunset Villas # 4 was unsatisfactory due to the following reasons: 1.- When booking online, I was not made aware of the fact that I would have to travel to St. Petersburg Beach to get the keys to access the place and when leaving have to go back to return them. By the time I found this out, it was too late to secure another rental unit. It took 25-30 minutes for the drive to obtain and return the keys. 2.- The most infuriating find was to realize that we had a 3rd story walk-up. I was never made aware of that fact. We will be turning 80 years old this year, and we had to take our suitcases up the stairs! I was concerned that we would fall or get hurt. When we got there it was past 5pm so we could not talk to the office directly. We should not have stayed in the unit, however it was already paid. We did not know how the rental office would deal with it since it was late evening and there was no person in the office. BTW, the 800 number takes messages only; when I called the day before I was traveling, I got a call back the next day, however it was regarding an elevator, which had nothing to do with the message I left, they were responding to the wrong number. 3.- The master bedroom: * There was no chair to sit on. * There was no place to open the suitcase except the floor. * There were no grab bars in the shower. This was an unfortunate experience - it spoiled our vacation! Sincerely, Doris Lattos

location was fabulous, looked just like the pictures good communication with letting agents

quite tired and outdated. chipped cups and plates , broken ceiling fan on balcony. dirty pool but was cleaned the day before we left. The hoover was of a poor quality and as there’s so much sand to hoover it should be better. no oven trays and all other utensils are well worn and could do with being replaced. the internet went down and the freezer wasn’t working so food defrosted. don’t think we would stay here again as it cost a lot of money and apart from the location I don’t think it was worth what we paid

Please consider a lock box at the property. It was a pain to pick up and drop off the keys.

This was a great condo. It is situated so close to the beach which was amazing. Easy to find and plenty of amenities a short drive away. Their is a 7/11 across the road in walking distance too. The condo has laundry facilities which was fantastic. Having a top floor condo gave gorgeous views too.

The twin beds are needing upgrading, old spring mattresses which are coming to the end of their usable life. They were not overly uncomfortable to sleep on but you could feel the springs and noisy if you moved.
