Great location. Our group of 5 (2 adults, 2 seniors aged 75+, and 1 child) had a comfortable stay. The building had an elevator and accessible entrance, which was very helpful. The property was clean and having two bathrooms was a big advantage. We were able to walk everywhere easily, and check-in/check-out was smooth.

Overall, we were satisfied with our stay. However, there was no parking available, which was a downside. It would also be better to have trash bins in the bathrooms. It was difficult to reach the host, as responses to messages were quite slow; we only managed to get in touch one day before arrival through Booking.com customer support.

Modern , clean apartment

The apartment is directly next door to a nightclub. We were there for three nights with virtually no sleep. The noise in the street from the clubbers went on until gone 5am . I contacted the host about this but no response at all .

The location, spaciousness, and cleanliness of this apartment are all things our family loved. We were a three minute walk from Concha beach, and a short walk from shops and restaurants. We actually preferred this neighborhood to the “old town” part of the city due to how calm it was. We loved starting and ending the day with a walk on the promenade—just beautiful! Everything was considered and we had a memorable and restful stay in San Sebastián. Note that parking nearby can be expensive—we stored our car further inland at a parking garage to save on this cost. Truly, there was nothing about this apartment that we would change.
