Un équipe qui te fait payer absolument tout tout le temps mais qui ne trouve jamais de solution. Énormément de travaux autour de la villa, Literalement impossible de dormir plus de 2h car les travaux se font nuits et jours. A avoir l’impression que les travaux étaient dans la chambre non stop. Aucun remboursement, aucune remise, aucun geste rien. Tu payes tarif et tu la fermes même si tu ne peux pas dormir. Terriblement déçu

BE WARNED: HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. I liked that the on site manager Yundari told me that she understood we didn't want to stay there upon arrival due to the heavy construction noise next door and would help me get a refund, with a big smile we trusted her. Unfortunately, it appears that the person managing this listing is too greedy to honor this. For this reason we've spent $540 for a place we booked for our honeymoon and couldn't think of staying 1 minute more. For the same price, we found an amazing option with private pool and amazing view up at Uluwatu Sunset Hills, which was 10000% better value.

The listing management should write on the listing that there are HEAVY CONSTRUCTION NOISE JUST NEXT DOOR. It's not liveable to any standard. I'm talking hammering and metal angle grinding on the neighbouring roof just above this "villa" if you can call it this way, which is more like a cramped little studio with a mini pool that is too warm to swim in. They should also honor their words when it comes to refunding for this issue. I didn't stay more than 1h at this property, which I spent with the staff of booking.com who said it would be easy to process the refund and that we could leave and find another place. Totally horrible experience from both booking.com and Villa Di Cappio Uluwatu management. Booking.com offer to refund me $50, and I've spent $30 waiting on the phone with skype credits over the last 5 days. We spent $540 and didn't sleep there. What a joke! I don't think I will use booking.com anymore ever. AVOID THIS PLACE FOR THE NEXT 18-24 MONTHS.

Hosts were friendly, great communication via WhatsApp and would check each day if we would like the room cleaned. Quiet and safe location, felt very private. Couldn’t ask for more.

This place was exactly what i was looking for: great location, service and chicness. I wanted a place to relax and enjoy having a sense of home. it was perfect! The staff is super friendly and helpful in everything I needed and ask for. I will totally be coming back!

The only suggestion I would make, is to have some clothe-hangers in the closet. I did asked for them and they gave me some, so no problem there, but it would be worth having them all the time .

It has been the most perfect stay! Everything about it was beautiful - amazing clean villa, wonderful staff and so quiet and private. The room is spacious and the pool is so nice. You must stay!
