The smell on the stairways

The bed was dirty,the whole facility was dirty,and it had a really bad smell,but the coffee was good!

Great location a short walk to the sights. Parking across the road. The host was helpful.

Very hot and aircon didn’t work. We had no hot water during our stay. No curtains at the windows just pieces of material. Vile smell in the bathroom. Very noisy as in a main road next to train track

Cozy and a in good neighborhood

The apartment is in the last floor which makes it very very hot and unbearable in the summer plus the A.C doesn’t work. And the host couldn’t help us to find a solution so we left.

Good location, very close to Museo Enzo Ferrari and to railway station; also within walking distance to the old town of Modena (which is absolutely beautiful). The apartment is very nice, spacious, very clean and well equipped - you can have coffee, there are some bathroom accessories available. The beds are comfortable. The apartment is in the attic so keep in mind it can be extremely hot in summer. Great contact with the host

The shower could be bigger

The apartment is not suitable for summer visits because it gets extremely hot and the conditioning system is outdated and does not cool the room enough to allow one to sleep. In addition to it the bedroom did not have an air con at all and was more like a sauna at night. No proper light blocking curtains but loose pieces of material covering the windows Smell in the bathroom Not suitable for people travelling with heavy luggage as there is no elevator in the building The apartment faces a busy and noisy road
