Salad Beach Resort – Koh Phangan Salad Beach Resort has a nice, calm location on Koh Phangan, which makes it particularly suitable for families or travelers looking for a quieter part of the island. The atmosphere around Salad Beach is relaxed and not overly busy. The bungalows were pleasant and comfortable — the typical Thai-style beach bungalows. They were nice and perfectly adequate, although not particularly luxurious or extraordinary. What made this stay especially good was the price–performance ratio. The price we paid for the accommodation was very reasonable, which is one of the main reasons I would still rate this place positively. The resort also offers very good massages at a good price, which we really enjoyed. Unfortunately, during our stay the water in the bay was quite green, likely due to seasonal algae bloom, so we did not swim in the sea. There is one thing that stayed in my memory that I did not appreciate. Our two-year-old daughter cut her foot in the swimming pool on one of the tiles. There are only a few sharp tiles — maybe two or three — but what concerned me was that I later noticed older reviews already mentioning this issue. It would be great if the resort addressed this small but important safety detail. Overall, this is a good and fairly priced place to stay, especially for families and travelers looking for a quieter beach area. It is not an ultra-luxury resort, but it offers good value for money. Because of the good price, pleasant location, and overall experience, I would rate Salad Beach Resort 8/10.

Schöne Lage am Strand

Bett war sehr hart und nicht bequem.

Proximité de la plage avec les chaises longues à disposition pour le couché de soleil, la piscine, la beauté du resort, la grandeur de la chambre et du balcon. Possibilité de location de scooter fiable sur place + service de lessive sur place.

Meilleur entretien près de la piscine et près des chaises longues à la plage (replacer les coussins, ramasser les bouteilles vides,...)

I liked that our room was cleaned everyday. The poll was clean and big enough. Perfect location at the beach. Very friendly staff.

The rooms are a bit old.

Super Lage, toller Strand, schöner Pool

Bungalow unnd Restaurant könnten eine Auffrischung vertragen, im Bad riecht es nach Abfluss, nachts laut da unser Bungalow direkt neben einem Lager oä war, kein Frühstücksbüffet. Auflagen der Liegen müssten dringend erneuert werden

La proximité avec la plage, qui est magnifique. Resort à taille humaine. Très bien entretenu. Extérieur très propre, ainsi que la piscine et l ensemble du complexe.

Le personnel au restaurant n est vraiment pas aimable, pas souriant. J avais même parfois la sensation de vraiment les déranger. Au niveau de la nourriture, rien à redire par contre. J allais donc au restaurant juste à côté, car l accueil y était chaleureux. Pas étonnant, que le restaurant à côté, ai 4 à 5 rangées de table sur la plage, alors que le salad beach resort , seulement 2 à 3 , et loin d afficher complet!! Un sacré manque à gagner pour eux, uniquement dû au comportement désagréable des serveurs!!! Il y en avait un qui sortait du lot, très agréable. Donc, je n y allais absolument plus. Même pas pour une bouteille d eau !!!

Quiet location, close to the beach. they have a restaurant, massage, there are free sunbeds. The room was spacious, comfy beds, quiet. There are plenty of good restaurants to eat around a few minutes away by car or by motorbike.

There were mosquitos in the evening at the restaurant since it is at the beach.
