Chic 1BR Near Kirchberg & Luxembourg Centre

The location was great. The layout is good, and items provided were adequate. I like the light, the patio, and general furnishings in this location. It's quiet (except for the neighbor's dog who will bark for 3-4 minutes at a time during the day).

Apparently the people who occupied the apartment before us cooked and stored fish in the fridge. The cleaning done was inadequate to eliminate this fact. We spent an hour re-cleaning the kitchen including taking all of the shelves out of the fridge and washing out its interior. The oven also smells horribly. The wifi was spotty. I was working some of the time while i was there and often used my hotspot on my American phone plan. Resetting the router helps but only for a few hours. There was quite a bit of mold in the shower. The washer/dryer didn't fully dry our clothes, even after going on a full 5.5 hour cycle. Our clothes came out horribly wrinkled and wet which we only determined an hour before we had to vacate the apartment.

This is not the first time I have stayed in the Arca apartment. The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Calm, quiet place near the center. Thanks a lot for everything. I recommend this flat.

Good location

keys in lockbox attached to railing outside building. Not helpful in bad weather. Narrow winding staircase down to apartment entrance and no lift. Very difficult if travelling with heavy bags.

Very comfortable and big apartment, with sepárate kitchen, living room, bathroom and bedroom. The bed was really comfortable, very good mattress and warm and soft duvet and pillows. Nice view from the windows. Blinds in the bedroom to allow darkness. Well equipped kitchen. Very nice apartment overall and and comfortable, I liked my stay there. Peace and quiet, no noise at all.

I could not find the washing machine (probably somewhere outside the apartment) and the wifi code was only available when login in to the app with the check in info- not in the apartment. Quite down the hill so not that easy access from the center if you consider walking and have some movement restrictions. The apartment has no lift and quite step stairs one floor down to get in.

The location and neighborhood were fantastic, and the house was ready to be booked right away.

- The carpets and sofa showed signs of dirt. - It took a long time for the heaters to start working, and the one in the kitchen did not function at all. - In the living/dining area, which also served as the main entryway, there was a persistent noise that resembled someone running a washing machine around the clock—possibly caused by an outdoor boiler. - We had quite a scare at 2 AM when an alarm sounded in the apartment; later, we realized it came from the bathroom heater, which we had left at a 3.5 setting overnight. - The check-in process and instructions were highly automated and convenient overall, though certain details seemed unnecessarily lengthy or redundant.

Modern and bright, the neighbourhood was quiet and a steep walk to the main areas.

The sofa was a bit uncomfortable and think it needs more seating. The kitchen requires more utensils especially for cooking. The radiator in the bathroom made loud noises during the early hours of the night on a couple of nights.

I really liked the apartment, everything was clean and cozy. all appliances and dishes are in order, the owner is very polite and always ready to help and answer questions

The decorations were nice, it was close to the city centre.

It was hard to open the keybox. The box couldn't properly close and it as on a staircase and I was scared to drop it.
