"Could've been awesome but was quite disappointed in not being advised of changes before booking."

Binh met us and took us to the room. He was really helpful throughout our stay and gave us a snack and water for our journey home on departure, The room was large and airy with a great balcony.

The beds were pretty uncomfortable but plenty pillows supplied. We were really disappointed that the pool was closed for refurbishment and it wasnt advised at the time of booking. There was quite a lot of black mould around the bathroom area with some loose dirt that hadnt been cleaned.

Everything was perfect except the elevators in the building are absolutely terrible the worst!!! But the home itself is lovely and the staff are so kind, helpful and welcoming.
