Kechstone Apartments - K2

Location was good for what we required.

Crockery in kitchen lacking - for example only one bowel for breakfast or dessert. Some smaller pots and pans required for cooking with.

Shower hose and bracket broken Bed Frame was broken and not able to sleep in Mould in bathroom flooring from the kitchen to the hall was not secure and kept tripping on it also fell and hurt myself both myself and son are disabled and do not and can not drink but when I brought this up with the owner they got very defensive and said we had a party and broke there bed and said the bins where full of drinks tins also not true they obviously only care about money rather than making there guests happy was meant to be from the Friday 6th of June 2025 to the 8th of June 2025 but had to leave early as there was only one bed to sleep on and couldn't stay there another night so by the time I travelled home and got sorted it was late Saturday before I contacted the owner about the problems and have just be treated like rubbish by them since please be aware and book elsewhere

Clean and tidy apartment exactly as described. The host was very helpful and provided all necessary information in good time.

The location was central but my sat nav had me going round in circles until I found the flat which was well equiped but no instruction leaflets as to switch on e.g. the boiler so the flat was cold.

just the lack of heat

Very clean and plenty space.

It was freezing! We turned the heating up overnight but it never became warmer than 14 degrees, even with constant boosting. We left first thing in the morning because of that.

Apartment was lovely, very clean with all your facilities there

There was a huge tv but not connected up which would have been better for us, we found it was a little far out from the city centre for us and found our navigation not the best for finding it back!😀

Great stay with excellent host! The entire flat is clean and comfy. Would definitely return and can absolutely recommend!
