Staff really friendly and helpful. Food was really good there and the people who go to the pub in Hollywel were really friendly

The Glan Yr Afon Inn was the perfect place to stay whilst working in the area. The rooms are simple but perfect and the pub itself was very welcoming. I will return if working in the area. Thank you.

My second stay at The Glan Yr Afon Inn and it was as good as the first. Good food, pleasant staff and a welcoming pub serving real ale.

Breakfast was good. Lady that looked after us was very friendly. Very warm which was welcome on a winter's night.

Having to check in at the bar. Poor acess to accommodation from road due to car parking blocking footpath. Very creaky floors as the building is very old. Very poor lighting in bathroom one not working.

Glan-yr-Afon is well located for the A55 and is a very hospitable venue, the staff are very friendly and helpful. The room was quite spacious and comfy.

The venue was slightly disorganised and had random items lying around in corridors and hidden in alcoves, it would be nice to see some better house keeping. There was no food available on arrival but the staff kindly ordered a take away for me, but it would of been nice to have been informed before arrival. The owner agreed to cook me something on the second evening.
