YO CREO DEBERÌAN QUITAR EL DESAYUNO INCLUIDO PORQUE DE VERDAD ES MALÌSIMO ESTE INCUIDO. LA ALBERCA LE FALTA MANTENIMIENTO. ES UNA LÀSTIMA PORQUE EL HOTEL PODRÌA ESTAR MUY BIEN .

Rien, à part le fait que ça n’était pas cher (enfin, tout est relatif vu la qualité de l’établissement)….

- Personnel peu sympathique (et qui ne parle pas anglais). - Nous avons commandé une pizza au restaurant et avons dû attendre 1h30 ! - Le petit déjeuner plus que sommaire - L’odeur d’humidité dans les chambres - Pas d’eau chaude ! - La vétusté en général de cet établissement => En somme, je ne comprends vraiment pas comment cet hôtel peut avoir 5 étoiles sur Booking.com…

Fantastic accommodation, pool, very friendly staff. Excellent location, close to Playa del carmen 5th ave and Xpu-ha beach!!! And a lot of other places. Plus it is pet friendly!

For us there is nothing to dislike.
