Szép kis lakás. Nagyon jó helyen volt a szállás, földszinti és belső udvarra nézett, szóval csendes is volt. Ár érték arányban nagyon erős így, hogy parkolni is tudtunk. Ágy is szuper volt.

Belső udvar hátránya, hogy kevésbé fényes, de ez minket nem zavart. A fűtés klímával és elektromos fűtőtesttel volt megoldva és a házirendben az szerepelt, hogy ne hagyjuk úgy ha elmegyünk otthonról, de akkor meg mindig hideg lakásba érkezel. Nagy méretű törölköző nem volt, de cserébe közepesből volt sok, szóval ez rendben van.
