"Very Good"

Prachtig uitzicht op zee, eigen parkeerplaats en ruim appartement. Alles aanwezig voor een kort of lang verblijf.

Er was weinig te doen aan het strand. Geen terrasjes, strandstoelen of parasols. Er is 1 restaurant op loop afstand. Deze ligt- en is erg gezellig maar het eten is matig. De eigenaar ontving ons vriendelijk maar was de dagen daarna niet meer aanwezig. Ook zijn cafe (onder appartement) was dus gesloten waardoor je ook niet kon ontbijten. Ik had om een rookvrije kamer gevraagd. Alleen zat onder het balkon het ventilatie rooster van het café, waar (tijdens onze eerste dag) flink werd gerookt, en het er dus nog erg stonk naar rook. Hygiëne viel ook tegen. De vuile dweil stond bijna in de wasbak van de badkamer en koffiezetapparaat zat bakje vol met schimmel.

Sehr gute und saubere Apartment. Sehr nette Vermieter, direkt am Strand . Liege und Sonnenschirmen gibt's am Strand kostenlos. Sehr ruhige Lage, sehr saubere Wasser . Wir kommen wieder gerne !

What a gem of a place.. Everything was great, the house had everything we needed. The perfect spot to relax! The sea was nice but a bit cold at this period of time.. The sunset from the balcony was breathtaking! You also have a nice restaurant at the ground floor with excellent food and drinks. Dimitris the owner of the place and the restaurant was very helpful and kind and helped us find a car to rent as well so we can drive around Kalamata and Mani. We will be back in the summer when the weather is warmer! Highly suggested!

"Bad experience staying there, too expensive for its condition, extremely rude and insulting owner"

The owner was rude and un-accommodating. When we kindly pointed out that he had not made the upstairs "beds", like we'd asked him repeatedly via msgs, his response was to insult us (me, personally, as the woman of the couple), telling us that we are here to complain. I asked him to correct his tone and to, please, just make the beds. He did, but 2 days later he insulted me to my male friend, telling him that he's used to dealing with guys and that I should not have the "reigns" with regards to this booking. He was unbelievably entitled, rude, sexist, insulting and I cannot believe there are people like him in the greek tourism industry. Makes me sad. Hair on the bathroom floor. Used bathroom mat (not washed). Cables coming out of the water heater in the bathroom. Hair on the plastic thingy that goes on the bathroom sink. Balcony with a view mainly of the downstairs roof and built-in from all 3/4 sides. The apartment was bad, run down a bit, not properly aired, cleaned or taken care of. The price for this apartment should have be -30-40% of what he charges now, which is misleading. The owner (aggressively) told us to leave the first night we were there and that he would "give us the money back". It was 10.30pm and we had nowhere to go. We decided to stay for the night and contacted Booking.com directly, so that they would intervene and solve this. After that, the owner refused to settle this with Booking.com so we had no option but to stay at that horrible place. The owner is probably going to insult me as a "reply" to this review and try to come out as a victim. I've been all over the world; trust me, this bad a review is for a reason and I am deeply sorry for this experience.
