Our stay at Hill Crest Resort was a wonderful and memorable experience, made special by an outstanding team that genuinely cares about guest comfort. From the moment we arrived, Prithivi at the front office ensured a smooth and welcoming check-in, patiently addressing all our queries and making us feel at home. A special mention to Kowshik, our point of contact for Jeep off-roading in Nishani hills, who coordinated the experience seamlessly and made it safe, exciting, and enjoyable. The food deserves a big highlight — Head Chef Suresh truly impressed us with his lip-smacking dishes, rich in flavor and thoughtfully prepared. Every meal felt fresh and comforting. Pankaj and Divya complemented this perfectly with their warm hospitality, attentive food ordering, and courteous service, always checking in with a smile and ensuring our preferences were taken care of. The wellness experience was equally impressive. Krishna and Harsha delivered Ayurveda therapies with great professionalism, care, and calming presence. The treatments were relaxing and well-explained, adding real value to the stay and helping us unwind completely. What could be improved: 1. Slightly faster service during peak & non-peak meal hours. It takes 45m to deliver food. Owner and Manager Anil K Raghavan need to review this problem statement and solve for it. Minor room maintenance on glass panel partition tightness in bathroom, speed of shower water to be more could further elevate the experience.

Pleasant staff, beautiful view and excellent food.

We stayed in the deluxe room with a view. The bathroom shower is open and water drips everywhere. There is also no place to keep any toiletries. The rooms are a bit tired looking. The gym is not functional. I would not rate the place highly from a value for money perspective.

It’s really bad of booking.com to accept graphic modified images Delux room was mentioned balcony etc and in reality it’s a room next to stairs with no balcony and no no ventilation Swimming pool is with dusty with rotten leaves
