Hill Crest Resort - Coorg

I recently enjoyed a delightful overnight stay at Hill Crest Resort in one of their suite cottages. It was truly an amazing experience. The staff provided exceptional hospitality, making us feel incredibly welcomed and cared for—truly unmatched in my previous hotel experiences. They were exceptionally understanding and even offered us discounts, which was a pleasant surprise. Room service was prompt and efficient, ensuring that all our needs were met quickly. The rooms themselves were impeccably clean and surprisingly spacious, adding to the overall comfort of our stay. The resort grounds were beautifully maintained and the location was simply exceptional. Opting for a mountain view room rewarded us with breathtaking vistas, making our stay even more memorable. Additionally, the food served at the resort was delightful, further enhancing our experience. Overall, our time at Hill Crest Resort was nothing short of exceptional, and I look forward to returning in the future.

food is not good quality at all, did not feel it was fresh.... Need to improve a lot in restaurant, i would give just 2 out of 5

Restaurant staff Ms. Anita is smart and knowledgeable staff. She attended our needs. We understood her smart way of handling situations. May be a good place to stay during summer. This place is Near to Madekeri Town. Hygiene and clean toilet and the bathroom set up. Taps, shower and Closet were brand New. Hot water in the Bathroom available at all times. Clean and Hygiene bed and bedspread. Clean room. More Open shelves were available to place our things. Small sized smart TV and two single seater sofa set is available. Upon request only for healthy options in breakfast menu, sprouts and ground nuts were served. Breakfast menu was freshly prepared. French fries and Lacha Paratha was too good to taste. Hair dryer was provided upon request. Common car parking was available opposite to the resort. Balcony is available with seating chairs and tea table.

Not a comfortable place to stay in Rainy days and winter seasons. Room Floor was wet and chill all the time. Cannot walk without room slippers. There is a telecom unit behind the Head board of the Cot. It was constantly buzzing. The room is "Not Sound Proof". The High way is just adjacent to the property. Speeding vehicles sound was quite disturbing. Curtains on the Balcony glass tall windows has curtains but is small enough to allow outside lights during the night. The room didn't have complete Darkness, with so many LED lights here and there. Room lighting was below standards for a Resort kind of property. We could Not have a good night sleep for All three Nights we stayed here. Breakfast had No healthy options. Available menu was a Very standard one. Not a wow kind of menu. Restaurant food menu is quite pricey. We ordered food in room service. Mushroom curry was quite Oily. The Indore games had just a shed on top under the trees. Foos ball , table tennis and carrom board were available. No place to walk around the resort. Bon fire place is too small to accommodate the occupancy of the resort. We were not offered the bon fire for the Three Nights we stayed in the resort. No intercom facility in the room. Reception to be contacted only through WA number. Reception staff seemed untrained. Not the Swiftest of Responses from the front desk staffs. Our driver had to sleep in the car and had food outside.

There are many insects coming inside the room and when it rains water was coming from roof and they said will give complimentary bed decor but oly after I asked they did it
