Beach House In The Heart Of PB

Excellent location just steps from the bay and a quick walk to the ocean and shops. The decor and cleanliness was great and we enjoyed the perks of stocked coffee supplies in the pantry. Very family and pet friendly. The fenced yard is a rarity and so is off street parking which was fantastic. Perfect day overall.

The open family/living room was very cute and decorated nicely but as a three bedroom bungalow could use a couple more comfy seats for evening lounging.

The place was nice and clean. We had everything we needed.

We had a little trouble with the jacuzzi, water was a little cloudy but other than that it was perfect.

The house was perfect for our trip and our family. Super clean, nice beds, they even had a pac man machine that made the trip even better for my boys.

There was kind of a musty smell, it seemed to go away after being in the house a bit but it was there every time we'd come back for the day.

We loved the location. Very close to the beach. Great patio and yard for adults and kids to have their own space. Grill was very nice to have on the patio. House was very clean and the hot tub was a nice add on.

Could have used a few more kitchen items such as more eating utensils, cooking utensils, and the refrigerator was running a little sluggish. Host was quick to try and get a repair on the unit and also offered a mini fridge. We made due with the situation. Host was very quick to respond.

The property was perfect a larger family to get away. We loved that it was only a block and a half from the bay beaches, and just another half mile to the ocean beaches. Lovely beds and bedrooms, plenty for all our 4 kiddos.

The parking was a bit tight and had to get a bit used to being on a busier street. Yet, all that we got used to.
