New 1 Bed First Floor Flat in Central Fareham

Lovely flat very well set out especially the kitchen which was very well equipped - actual sharp knives should I have wanted to do proper cooking! Lovely towels too to go with the powerful shower. Brilliant stay, thank you, Xxx.

There was nothing to dislike!

Very nice, clean, updated flat in a quiet neighborhood and convenient to shops. Bigger than it appeared in photos. Kitchen had all the basics. Weather hot so we appreciated the fan. Easy walk to train station. Note for less mobile folks: there are stairs to toilet. Would stay again.

The flat was recently refurbished with quality fittings, and was tastefully decorated. Excellent amenities, spotlessly clean, quiet, close to train station. Owner gave clear, detailed instructions about access. Highly recommend this property.

The property offered allocated parking directly in front of the building. The apartment was immaculate, very comfortable, and ideally located within walking distance of Fareham high street.

Apartment was very clean inside. Nicely decorated with modern features. Apartment seemed a lot bigger than in the pictures. All the appliances necessary for our stay. Close proximity to my mother in laws house in Fareham. Lovely modern kitchen.

The parking was a struggle at the front with my SUV. Abit of a tight squeeze for two cars parked at a 45 angle as tail end sticking out on the pavement. With having Crohn’s Disease I found the separate toilet to bathroom and the descending stairs during the night abit annoying. Heating wasn’t working but luckily the boiler just needed an increase in water pressure.

Everything beautifully played out clean tidy and easy to chill in

I fell out with my husband a day into our stay so I keft a day early.

The location was perfect - just 5 minutes walk from the station, & 10 minutes to Fareham Live Theatre. The flat was clean, warm & spacious, & had everything I needed - a perfect retreat to return to each night.

There is nothing that I didn't like.
