Lo privadas que son las habitaciones, ya que cada puerta tiene su llavin con su codigo cada una, esto da seguridad y privacidad. Tambien que la propiedad es bien amplia, y se puede ir con una familia grande.

Entiendo que hay personas que hacen desorden, pero poner en una nota que hay que recoger la basura, no esta bien, ya que que los clientes van para desestresarse, no para estar pendiente de que si recogieron la basura o no. Entendemos que ese servicio debe de estar incluido en el pago de la propiedad.

The facility itself was comfortable, the rooms were clean, the location is close to several restaurants, and the rental was fairly quiet at night.

The host ignored repeated requests to get the door code a half hour before check-in, 2:30 p.m. The day before, I finally received a terse, "You will receive the code at 3 p.m." We arrived at 2:45 and waited a full hour, eleven of us in the hot sun with our luggage--texting, calling, worrying that we'd been scammed, getting no response--then, finally, a brief apology and the code--at 3:45 p.m. When I politely asked if they would consider a partial refund for putting us through that, they responded rudely and made an absolutely false accusation that I had paid late (then why let me in at all?). In many years of vacation rentals, I've always had cordial relations with hosts, and I have never been treated this way. It was a shock, and a difficult way to begin a family vacation. [Most rooms were fine; the two in back downstairs smelled terribly of mildew.]

It was very comfortable and it had everything we needed

It was not pristine but it was still very good!

This property was the perfect location for my group and I. The property allowed all of us the be together, yet have the privacy we wanted. The property was centrally located where everything was….great food and nightlife!

I didn’t like that we were not able to get in before 3pm even though the everything was ready. There is no place to store luggage if you arrive early. It did state that check in is at 3pm so it’s not a complain, but a wish.
